Sales & Marketing Manager

Responsibility
  • Develop and execute strategic sales & marketing plans to drive business growth in local and international markets.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, OEMs, industrial customers, and strategic partners.
  • Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and customer needs in the energy storage and battery sectors.
  • Lead and coach the sales team towards achieving sales targets and KPIs.
  • Collaborate with R&D and Engineering teams to align product offerings with market demands.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry networking events.
  • Manage pricing strategies, contract negotiations, and customer service excellence.
  • Report on market intelligence, competitor activities, and business performance to management team.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or Master in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development in industrial, energy, or battery manufacturing sectors
  • Strong technical knowledge of lithium-ion battery systems or related energy storage technologies is highly preferred.
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Proactive, result-oriented, and strategic thinker.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, growing organization with cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent command of English (spoken and written).
