Assistant Manager - Performance Management System - PMS

Responsibility
  • Manage the end-to-end performance management cycle and ensure the timely and accurate completion of appraisals, including forms, templates, and communication processes.
  • Continuously improve PMS processes and systems to drive greater effectiveness, transparency, and fairness
  • Develop PMS practices based on industry-leading standards and ensure consistency across all business units.
  • Design and update the annual performance appraisal process and related guidelines to ensure clarity and ease of application
  • Develop and provide support tools, manuals, and training materials to assist employees and line managers throughout the performance appraisal process
  • Collect, consolidate, and analyze performance appraisal data across all business units to support management reporting and decision-making.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 5 years-experienced in HRM / HRD / HROD with supporting Performance Management Systems (PMS) task.
  • Knowledge of Performance Management tools, systems, and methodologies.
  • Used to analyze data and do a report related to Performance Management System (PMS).
