Responsibility

Control maintenance program to achieved company's goals.
Create preventive maintenance plan by yearly, monthly, for manufacturing and inspection.
Perform preventive Maintenance. PdM or other as need on all manufacturing equipment.
Create TPM check sheet to proper with machine and equipment conditions.
Improvement maintenance system to reduce machine brake down (MTTR/MTBF)
Maintenance and repair manufacturing support spare part storage to ensure available to continue operation.
Provide procure document to support purchasing such as specification, warranty, Spare part list.
Forecast electrical engineering requirement, prepare annual budget, initial corrective action.
Energy Saving & Choose equipment that can help the company conserve energy.
Contact and coordinate with contractors and control work to be according to plan.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Engineer, Major Electrical, Power, Communication, Electronics
Experience in Maintenance Factory - Manufacturing, MDB Power Box, Wire Harness
Excellent communication, systems thinking, and problem-solving skills
