Responsibility

Analyze and resolve issues related to EV Chargers through Root Cause Analysis.
Collaborate with suppliers, R&D, and the maintenance department to develop product improvements and provide long-term solutions.
Prepare and analyze performance reports and maintenance data to track trends and identify improvement opportunities.
Develop preventive and seasonal maintenance plans (e.g., high-temperature conditions in summer).
Ensure compliance with international standards (IEC 61851, DIN 70121).
Enhance maintenance processes and backend systems to optimize cost control and quality.
Manage spare parts inventory and promote the reuse of components to reduce long-term costs.
Provide basic product usage training and guidance to customers and end users.
Work closely with Operations and Customer Service teams to improve overall service quality.
Lead, mentor, and support the development of junior engineers and technicians.
