It Support

Company : Energy Absolute PCL.
Location : Din Daeng District,Bangkok
5 days per week, 08:00 – 17:00 or 09:00 - 18:00
Responsibility
  • Install, configure, and update software applications and hardware provided by the organization to support employees’ operations.
  • Provide guidance and assistance in using software applications and organizational systems that support employees’ work, both via phone and remote support.
  • Analyze and troubleshoot hardware and software issues, including desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT devices.
  • Inspect and resolve network connection issues, including configuring LAN, WAN, and VPN for branch offices and the headquarters.
Qualifications
  • Education: Vocational Certificate (Vocational Diploma) or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in IT Support or Information Systems Support
