Employee Relations Supervisor
Company :

Responsibility
Provide consultation and respond to employee inquiries regarding workplace concerns.
Act as a liaison between employees and the company in coordinating and organizing Welfare Committee and Employee Committee meetings.
Oversee employee welfare programs such as transportation services and canteen operations, including facilitating employee convenience and satisfaction.
Manage and organize employee engagement activities to foster a positive and creative working environment and strengthen organizational commitment
Represent the company in dealing with relevant government agencies.
Ensure that all facilities and working conditions provided to employees comply with labor laws and employee entitlements.
Serve as the HR department representative in handling urgent issues and report directly to the HR Manager.
Supervise and ensure that employee conduct aligns with company regulations; perform other assigned duties as required.
Plan, manage, and oversee employee relations activities that promote harmony and collaboration among employees.
Manage internal communications and company-wide announcements
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Political Science, Psychology, or a related field.
3–5 years of experience in employee relations.
Knowledge of labor laws and employee relations management.
Employment under: Absolute Assembly Co., Ltd. (Work on alternate Saturdays)
