Production Engineer

Company : EA BIO Innovation Company Limited

Responsibility

Supervise and manage the production process to ensure efficiency, adherence to the production plan, and compliance with quality standards in accordance with international systems, while aligning with the defined production cost
Comply with the company’s international standard systems such as ISO14001, ISO9001, ISO45001, RSPO, ISCC, and other relevant systems
Monitor, inspect, and evaluate the performance of subordinate employees
Operate and control production in accordance with documented procedures and workflows, and implement corrective actions when issues arise
Coordinate with departments or relevant units involved in the production process

Qualifications

Age not over 35 years
Bachelor's degree or higher in Chemical Engineering or Petrochemical Engineering
Minimum 2 years of experience in controlling or designing production processes in petrochemical plants, oil refineries, or bioenergy production facilities
Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, RSPO, and ISCC systems
Strong communication and coordination skills
Able to work in shifts and follow a 4-days-on, 2-days-off schedule
Work location: EA Innovation Co., Ltd., Map Ta Phut Industrial Estate, Rayong Province
