Responsibility

Prepare strategy and action plan of safety and environment to ensure that compliance with objectives and targets and other requirements
Managing the all safety and environment activities that are required by the Occupational Safety and Health Bureau, and the Department of Labor Protection and Welfare.
Conducting inspections and making recommendations to the employer to ensure compliance with related regulations.
Preparing safety and environment plans, projects, budget or measures and submitting to the employer.
Recommending new safety and environment policy or procedures as necessary.
Leading and coordinating with local fire brigade for evacuation and fire protection programs, including annual training and drill.
Developing and implementing on-site environment, health, and safety protocols and procedures, in accordance with general policies and regulatory requirements
Providing environmental, health and safety training as required by company policy and regulatory authorities.
Collecting and analyzing data to prepare reports regarding incidents, accidents or injury caused through work for the employer.
Preparing safety and environment policy in accordance with associated regulatory authority requirements.
Managing the First Aid Room; first aid, training, personal health, drug and medical supplies.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in the major Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
Minimum 10 years in manufacturing safety area, automotive or high technology is preferred, including at
Least 5 years’ management level safety professional experience will be preferred
Certified in Safety Officer in Professional Level
Positive Attitude, open minded and be able to work under pressure
